Review Current Employee Change Forms (CECFs)
Prepare and follow-up on contracts for part-time term, temp employees, and adjuncts
Organize and handle contracts for Summer and J-Term sessions
Process extra service paperwork
Complete hiring paperwork/extra service for all School interdisciplinary units
Process promotion and renewal paperwork for full-time TT employees and for employees on sabbatical
Work with People Admin system for hires and appointments
Hire student assistants for EURO program, if needed
Manage the Associate Dean’s calendar, scheduling, correspondence, and filing
Collect and input data for the Associate Dean as requested
Provide curriculum and assessment support
Curriculum processing and course proposals
Process and file course input and change notices
Provide academic standards and student success support, as needed
Provide budget support, as needed
